4 layers of protection
Every transaction on Yaqeen is protected by multiple safety mechanisms. We started by assuming the worst and built defences accordingly.
Identity Verification
Every seller uploads CNIC + selfie. Our team manually reviews each submission to confirm identity before any listing goes live.
Escrow Protection
Buyer payments go to Yaqeen's escrow bank account, never directly to the seller. Funds are only released after buyer confirms receipt.
Dispute Resolution
Buyers can raise disputes within 48 hours. We review evidence from both sides and resolve within 72 hours.
Pre-Dispatch Video
Sellers record a video showing the item working before shipping. This protects both parties in case of disputes.
All phone types welcome
Unlike other platforms, Yaqeen transparently lists all phone types. Sellers must clearly declare PTA status so buyers know exactly what they're getting.
Officially registered with Pakistan Telecom Authority. Full warranty and network support.
Not registered with PTA. May require tax payment for activation. Clearly labeled on listings.
Locally assembled phones. Budget-friendly option with PTA compliance.
