How do I sell a used phone, laptop or gadget?

Yaqeen connects people selling pre-owned electronics with buyers in Pakistan. You decide what to list and your asking price. Yaqeen provides the listing and escrow order process; it does not promise to buy the device or find a buyer by a particular date.

  1. Prepare the actual device. Back up your files, check account and activation locks, and plan how to remove personal data before handover. Photograph the item and disclose repairs, missing accessories and faults.
  2. Compare before pricing. Check the same model, specifications and condition in current listings. Asking prices are seller requests, not completed-sale prices or a guaranteed valuation.
  3. Create your listing and complete the seller checks. Add clear photos, location, condition, included items and a price. Identity review is separate from device checks; a badge does not certify product quality.
  4. Confirm the order before dispatch. For an escrow order, wait for Yaqeen's payment confirmation. Agree the delivery details and retain pre-dispatch and courier evidence. Do not ship based on a payment screenshot alone.
  5. Follow inspection and payout terms. The buyer has a 72-hour inspection window from delivery. Confirmation, disputes and payout review follow the published terms.

What electronics can I list?

Start with a supported category. These links show current asking prices for comparison; a category can have limited or no inventory.

Listing fees, delivery and seller payout

Creating a listing is free. The buyer pays an escrow protection fee: Rs 400 below Rs 30,000, Rs 500 from Rs 30,000 to Rs 100,000, and Rs 1,000 above Rs 100,000. The fee is non-refundable once an order is placed. Delivery charges may be extra.

After buyer confirmation, payouts are reviewed manually and normally take 1-3 business days. If the inspection window expires without confirmation or a dispute, Yaqeen reviews the order before releasing funds.

Choosing a platform and selling your device

Where can I sell my used phone or laptop online in Pakistan?

You can create a listing on Yaqeen for a used phone, laptop or another supported electronics category. Add photos of your actual device, disclose its condition and set an asking price. Complete the required account and seller checks, and wait for Yaqeen to confirm payment before dispatching an escrow order. A listing does not guarantee a buyer or a sale date.

Does Yaqeen buy my device directly or guarantee a sale?

Yaqeen provides a marketplace where sellers list devices and buyers choose available items. Publishing a listing is not an offer from Yaqeen to buy the device. A sale, selling price or time to find a buyer is not guaranteed.

What products can I buy or sell on Yaqeen?

Yaqeen supports electronics categories including phones, laptops, tablets, gaming consoles, cameras, audio, wearables, accessories, home appliances and PC gaming. Check current listings and the listing form for supported items. Availability, condition and delivery depend on the individual listing.

How much does it cost to list or buy an item on Yaqeen?

Creating a listing is free. The buyer pays an escrow protection fee: Rs 400 below Rs 30,000, Rs 500 from Rs 30,000 to Rs 100,000, and Rs 1,000 above Rs 100,000. The fee is non-refundable once an order is placed. Delivery charges may be extra; confirm the full cost before accepting an order.

When does the seller receive their money?

After buyer confirmation, payouts are reviewed manually and normally take 1-3 business days. If the inspection window expires without confirmation or a dispute, Yaqeen reviews the order before releasing funds.

Should I ship after receiving a payment screenshot?

No. For a Yaqeen escrow order, wait until Yaqeen confirms that the buyer's payment has been received and the order is ready for dispatch. A screenshot, message or claimed transfer is not confirmation. Keep your dispatch, courier and item-condition evidence.

Can buyers in another Pakistani city purchase my device?

A seller can discuss delivery with a buyer elsewhere in Pakistan. Confirm courier coverage, delivery cost and the item's suitability for shipping before accepting the order. Packaging and evidence matter; listing a location does not guarantee nationwide delivery for every product.
